GoogleThis is a review for Marc who does maintenance for ASPM. Marc has completed several maintenance jobs at my place and always goes above and beyond in completing the jobs, doing very high quality work.
GoogleIt was a pretty good move in experience. It would have been nice to have a bit of direction as to the inner workings of the property such as the mailing service and how the cooling system in an old property like this worked, but overall a great experience.

GoogleSo far I can only speak to the onboarding process; Gina and Scott has been great in checking in with specific tasks in order to get my place ready for viewing. They have a streamline process and each process/stage is specialized to a person on the team. Whether it is taking pictures or scheduling a cleaning they have been great with working with my maintenance schedule in order to present my property in the best light. Major props to Gina for patiently dealing with my missing keys situation.
