Walter was great to work with. He explained to me all what needed to be done and took care of it smoothly. He originally thought some things needed to be done once the motor was replaced but told me the day of service they did not needed to be done saving me some money.

Came out when they were scheduled, Were very efficient and forthright after inspecting the refrigerator.

David came in and took apart my washing machine and immediately saw the issue and informed me that it was beyond repair and even showed me the belts wrapped around the motor. Will definitely use again if needed.

This is a tough time to lose your AC! Even though it was a few days out (which is understandable) they came on the day scheduled. Brian was very professional and helpful. He was able to get the AC up and running and gave me some suggestions on how to keep it running smoothly. Will definitely use again!

This is the first time I have used this company. They were dispatched from a home warranty company that I have. This is the second time I have had to call for service on my HVAC. I was nervous since the first time I was dispatched a different worthless company, they told me it was going to take 3 weeks for someone to come out and look at it. Advanced appliance service was there the next day (me requesting service on a sunday and they were here the next morning) and luckily they had the part on their truck. We were back getting cool air within 30 minutes. To say I am happy is an understatement! Keep up the good work!
