I really like this company. They are all very nice and helpful. Always on time and willing to go beyond helpful. I have a home warranty but always request Advanced. I also recommend them to anyone asking for repair. Their office staff is extremely nice and accommodating also. Would recommend them for all your needs

AAS originally installed my new air conditioning and heating unit about a year ago..The whole installation crew 6 of them were on time courteous and finished by the end of the day..AAS has serviced my unit in the beginning of summer and winter..They call me to remind me to make the appointment.. I have NO COMPLAINTS what so ever of AAS..I highly recommend AAS.

Quite simply, Tyler is awesome! I write this with no hesitation. Some months ago, when our heating unit malfunctioned, we contacted Advanced Appliance through our home warranty company. Tyler came out, assessed the unit, communicated with me and my wife about the problem, and replaced the defective part (after the payment of the deductible). More recently, when we had to have maintenance work done, Tyler came out once again and was just as outstanding. He actually did something that had an indirect relationship to the work to be done. One of our outside faucets was not working, and he fixed it in a matter of minutes. What would’ve become a plumbing expense became a non-expense, thanks to Tyler. Thank you, Advance, for hiring quality people. Thank you, Tyler, for what you do. My wife and I appreciate it more than you know.

I am always completely satisfied with the customer service at Advanced Appliance. Most recently, two of the most professional, courteous and competent gentleman conducted plumbing service at my residence. These men kept us informed with every detail of their work. On top of it all, they were extremely efficient. I could not have been happier with the service that I received.

I set up an appointment for a disposal repair at my Mom's condo in High Point and Dave handled the service call. He came two days earlier than anticipated which was a nice surprise and was very knowledgeable, precise and explained everything to my Mom. She's very pleased. My interaction with the company was top notch, Amanda and Stephanie were very helpful, friendly and professional. This repair was handled with A+++++ care.

The response was great as our heat went out on a Thursday night late and Advanced worked us in on Friday so we didn’t have to go without heat over the weekend. The repair was quick, thorough and told us everything he did as he went along. We were lucky as it was something he was able to fix on the spot and we had heat restored quickly. Followed up too. I had Eli come out and take a look at my washer he was very helpful with explaining what was wrong with it also the lady's that I spoke with to get me on the schedule was very pleasant and understating and was able to get someone out in a timely manner will defiantly will be calling for any future problems that might occur

Well, had to have the Maytag repairman, Eli Hughes once more, to come and fix my overheating fridge. A quick look and he knew right away what the problem was. Said he'd be back in an hour. 45 minutes later he was back and 20 minutes later I had a cooling fridge. AA is a great company to do business with. Highly recommend them for your consideration. Feb 2020. We were scheduled for next Wednesday but the technician called and wanted to come today (Saturday). OK great. He arrived on time and I explained what was going on with our ice maker and then he told me what was really going. Not the ice maker. He proceeded to start the repair and I being the curious kind, started asking questions. He was very thorough in responding and explaining the problem. Bottom line he was here for an hour. Took care of my problem. Mr. Eli Hughes was most efficient and courteous and friendly. He knew what he was doing and accomplished the task quickly. I appreciate Advanced Appliance company for having such an employee as Mr. Hughes. Thank you.
