Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality Our hot water started acting up, and Advanced Appliance Service was sent out via our warranty company (AHS). The first tech (Harry) contacted us within the scheduled time frame to let us know he was on the way, and came out to review the problem. He was very nice and very professional and was able to quickly determine the issue was a leaking mixing valve. He explained to me how it was causing the issue, and let me know he needed to order a part and that they would follow up with us when the part came in. Once the part arrived we were contacted to schedule the repair. The next tech (Allan) contacted us again well within the scheduled time frame to let us know he was on the way, and came out to do the repair. He was also very pleasant and professional, and even took care to ensure my cats didn't escape into the garage while he was working. Both of them were masked up which was really a pleasant thing, as someone who is "high risk" I appreciated the level of care and concern. They were both so pleasant and they explained everything clearly, so that I felt informed about everything they were needing to do. Very happy with the service - thank you, Advanced!

Although I was without a washer for about 3 weeks due to holidays, COVID deliveries, and part ordered; thankfully during this time, I didn’t have anywhere to go anyway. Patrick was very pleasant, courteous, thorough, professional..... nothing bad to say.

I called Samsung and they failed to offer their free repair so I utilized our home warranty program; Advanced Appliance was assigned. I was contacted quickly with an appointment in a reasonable timeframe. The technician arrived on time, looked at the appliance and knew what to do! The part was ordered and another appointment scheduled when the parts arrived. The technician returned and installed the new parts...and the ice maker is working!! Communication with Advanced Appliance was excellent, the technician was timely, friendly and took care of the problem!!

The technicians Wayne and Allen were friendly and considerate. They checked additional areas other than where I was reporting a problem to verify there wasn't another underlying issue. We had to reschedule the original appointment which is the only reason it isn't five stars.
