I called Advance Appliance Services and made an appointment last Thursday, Elizabeth was very pleasant and kind to talk to. Jeremy from Advance Appliance Services came out Tuesday to do maintenance on our heating and air, and found a couple of things that needed parts and he added the parts that day. Jeremy was very friendly, polite and easy to talk to. He done a great job! Great service, good price, I would recommend Advance Appliance Services to anyone that needed maintenance and repairs done on their heating and air.

I have worked with this company in the past where they came to fix my stackable washer/dryer. I was surprised they didn't cancel on yesterday. In the past on two different appliance service requests, I was stood up. On these days, I had to be off work and lost a days pay because of their cancelation on their end and not mine. Overall, I think they are professional.

Advance Appliances gave great service from scheduled appointments, to installing my heating and air conditioning unit. They called, they came out to assess the problem promptly, was professional. All in two weeks waiting on equipment to be delivered and installed was amazing. They did awesome work. I recommend this company. They also did other work at my home. Was impressed, and when my home warranty company sent them out, I knew they would get the job done. Thanks Advance Appliances.
