Overall, the experience was good, I’ve recommended them to friends. Since I already had a general contractor, I only used them for the permit process. Though I didn’t use them for the build, they worked well with my general contractor, offered assistance and recommended resources. They have established relationships with the resources, which is reassuring, still do your due diligence. For example, I found I was able to get a better mortgage rate elsewhere.
