We rented our place with Adanalian property management for about 4 years. They were always prompt in helping us address any needs. I wish we could’ve have stayed but relocated for work.

We have been tenants in two different homes that Adanalian managed. We have loved both of our homes and the service they have provided us. The team has been attentive and quick to respond to resolve any maintenance issues. They processed both of our applications quickly and accommodated our weekend move-in needs. We encourage anyone who is looking for a rental (or a management company for your property) to start with this management company. They are honest and work hard for everyone involved. We love Nick and Chelsea and Tina and Rose…the entire team!!!

Adanalian Properties has been the best property management group we’ve ever worked with! From start to finish they have been nothing but helpful, timely and reliable. They were always quick to respond to any concerns or problems that arise. Reggie the handyman was a wonderful person while in our home while handling any necessary repairs. He was kind, friendly, curtious and most of all respectful of our home and privacy. Even the landscaping service was great, again being respectful of our privacy.
We’re unfortunately ending our relationship with them after renting from them for a few years now, but if you’re looking for someone to help you find a home to rent look no further you’ve found them here! If we’re ever in need of help finding a good home to rent we’d definitely return to Adanalian Properties!

This is an honest review. I rarely speak up, but i find it an honor to do so.

I have been a resident for 6 years under their competent managment. They have exceeded all expectations. They are very responsive and effective. I recommend them to everyone. I am very happy with all they have done.

It must be a constant struggle to meet the needs/ valid requests of tennet they manage, and the desires of the owners they contract with. They have been ama,ing in making thiss happen. They are very rapid to respond to both emergency and every day questions.

I have full trust of and in their operations and character.

I have been around a long time. I can honestly say that they are the best cimpany and group of people I have ever associated with professionally or notherwise.

Just wanted to updated my review. We have lived in our rented home for two years now and we absolutely love it. You can read my post below but we have had nothing but good experiences with Adanalian.

I've been meaning to write a review for a few months now so here goes. I have had nothing but great experiences with Adanalian. All the ladies who work in the office are wonderful. It took us a while to find a place we liked and we looked around with several different property management companies and the service and quality of Adanalian is by far the best. We looked at several homes with them and they even helped us secure one that would work best for us. I really felt like they cared which was really great because moving sucks and is very stressful.

I love the home we rented. Brian sat down when we signed our paper work and went through every single thing with us and I found him very nice and professional. Every single service request we have submitted has been taken care of promptly and professionally. Even when the sewer line backed up (no ones fault there were roots in a pipe), Rose and the ladies in the office had a plumber out to our home within A HOUR ON A SUNDAY!!!! Needless to say I was extremely impressed. I hope to stay in our current home for as long as we can, and if/when we move again we will stay with Adanalian property management. I highly recommend them.

Adanalian Property Management has been great to work with. Whenever I've a concern, they have always responded in a timely manner. Most recently, there was a tree that needed to be trimmed. The men who came to do it were very polite and worked until the sun went down and came back on Thanksgiving Day to complete the job and didn't leave one leaf or branch on our property. They were respectful of us and our property.

We moved to the area about 5 years ago. I decided to look for property management companies and came across Adanalian. I found a perfect home for our family it was exactly what we needed and more. We have had a wonderful experience within the company. Tina Marie specifically has been professional, helpful and quite knowledgeable in her work. I would highly recommend this property management company if they are looking for a reputable place and they are from out of town.

We have been renting a property from Adanalian Property Management for 11 years. Over that time we have had nothing but outstanding service. Rose, in the service department has always been prompt and efficient in taking care of any issues we may have had. Her communication skills between us and the owner are excellent. Also, the maintenance people have always been top-notch. Most especially Reggie, whom we've had many times over the years. He is courteous, efficient, and takes great care in solving the problem.
