Adanalian Property Management has been a great experience! We have been renting from them for four years. They are professional, understanding, fair and have great follow through. Chelsea and Tina have been great to work with. They really try to understand all situations and work with you. Their service department is always fast and on top of any issue that we have had. We have been renting a property from Adanalian Property Management for 11 years. Over that time we have had nothing but outstanding service. Rose, in the service department has always been prompt and efficient in taking care of any issues we may have had. Her communication skills between us and the owner are excellent. Also, the maintenance people have always been top-notch. Most especially Reggie, whom we've had many times over the years. He is courteous, efficient, and takes great care in solving the problem. I would highly recommend them as a property manager company.
