Mark and Kim were great to work with. They were patient while we looked at, and put offers in on several homes. They were always friendly, knowledgeable on the process and the neighborhood, and took time to explain our options on every decision. We eventually found our new home and have been so happy in it. Kim and Mark made the process easy and were always available to us.

On top of that, Kim & Mark helped us sell our original home. They gave us staging advice and helped us through the process. They held one open house that resulted in multiple offers and we ended up selling our home in one day, over listing price.

We would highly recommend Kim & Mark for anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Where do I even start, there’s so much to say about Kim and Mark, they’re such great people. From start to finish in the home buying process it was smooth sailing. It was my husband and I’s first time buying a home so we didn’t know what to expect. It was such a great experience, which I heard is not common. We were advocated for constantly, we received support at anytime, got encouragement of finding “the one” after looking at many houses and overall we were taken care of in every aspect of home buying. Communication from Kim was top notch, not only with us but with potential sellers/realtors. She’s also very patient and kind. Can’t say enough about her! After closing I was a little sad we wouldn’t be working so closely anymore haha but in the future we will absolutely turn to them for selling/buying!
