Beyond the PT during my appointment my physical therapist gave me work to do at home so I'm able to continue and prevent any trouble down the road. Both Kristen and Joe were amazing to work with and shared a passion for their work. Their energy and enthusiasm are inspiring making the therapy sessions fun and challenging (in a good way). I recommend Active to everyone I know and meet that may need physical therapy. Every session I had for my shoulder injury and most recently my lower back, Kristen and Joe tailored the exercises to fit my needs for that day and made sure to educate me every step of the way through my healing and strengthening process. But today it feels like there was never anything wrong with it in the first place. JJ did a fantastic job helping me understand the how’s and why’s of it all, and what to expect moving forward. I was a good experience. Definitely worked!

The therapy and care I received from Pam and Kristen was outstanding! They made many accommodations to help my knee that wouldn’t aggravate my back.
