I had a pesky roof rat that got into an opening in my roof. I set a couple traps and set up cameras, after 2 weeks of no results I reached out to get professional help. I settled on Active Pest Control as they had 5 stars and the quoted price was reasonable compared to others.

Van came out and explained everything, in detail, exclusion started a couple days later as it was Thanksgiving.

Alonso Medina did the exclusion work and setting of traps, he is enthusiastic about his job and very knowledgeable. We are now roof rat free and I can sleep at night.

Had bees nesting in my building's wall and called Active to help. They were easy to work with, and Ray, the techinican, took care of the issue. The work was larger than expected cause they removed 75 lbs of hive and comb! Super happy with the work and the communication with Larry through out the process.

We have used Active Pest Control for years now. They are amazing! They come quarterly, take care of cleaning all the eaves and spraying everywhere. They even come back if we have an unwanted visit by a certain BUG to make sure we're good to go. Sal has been our guy for years and is always quick to respond. We love him!
We recently also had Van and his team help with some mice that came for a visit. He was so thorough! We knew we were in good hands. I could not recommend Active Pest Control enough. I love seeing others in our neighborhood use them too.

The entire ACTIVE team is incredible. From the initial appointment to the response time to the follow up phone calls to the follow up service to the excellent customer service that is conducted both in and outside the office. I can’t say enough things about how wonderful this pest control company is if there are any better, I would sure like to know about them. However, I believe that this pest control company is the standard and central standard great job ACTIVE you guys keep doing what you do. Not to mention the office manager. Of the sales team is off the chart I think everybody should have raises and at the very least lunch at a very nice restaurant. Take care best always Scott.
