GoogleAction Video has been my go-to business for video transfers, slide transfers and scanning old photos for years. The staff is always patient, considerate and professional. The last thing I dropped off I needed turned around quickly. They said two days, but they called me before the day was over to tell me the job was done. I’d recommend them to anyone!
GoogleFriendly staff and professional quality as well as quick turnaround time. They have experience in both video & audio. I've patronized their business many times and will continue to do business here. Thanks!
GoogleI recently found an 8MM film of my parent's wedding from 1968. I took it to Action Video Service and they were able to make a digital file for me. The service was super fast and they did an excellent job! I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you Action Video Service for making it possible to enjoy seeing my parents (now both deceased) when they were young and newly married!!
GoogleGreat service - they really went above and beyond the call of duty to rescue my video tapes and convert them to digital format. Highly recommended.
GoogleNot only was Action Video Service my "GO TO" for digitizing for all my client's material during in my years in the video business... But I trust Lance and his team with my personal family memories too. From film, to slides, to tape... it doesn't matter... I have 100% faith that Lance and the team at Action Video Service will care for my originals and send me TOP NOTCH QUALITY files! And if it matters, YES, I ship my materials USPS Priority from New York to Texas. NO ISSUES EVER!
GoogleAction Video Service is wonderful! I took my family video-8's, taken 32 years ago, and had them converted to DVD's; they did a fantastic job! What a relief. A huge bonus is that they do everything in-house- so no mailing off- which always made me a bit nervous! I highly recommend!
GoogleExcellent service and much faster than expected!
GoogleMy experience with Action Video Service was fantastic. My dad died several years ago and my mom this past year and in cleaning out their home, we found multiple reels of old home movies and no way to view them. My brother found Action Video Service through an internet search and after reading the reviews, we decided to give them a try. I really didn't know what I wanted and on my first visit there, the employee that waited on me was very patient in explaining all of my options and the costs associated. I left a box of old movies and was told the wait would be 3-4 weeks due to a backlog of customers. I was pleased when I was contacted earlier than the time expected and on returning to pick up my order, I left additional personal VHS tapes to be converted to digital files. That order was completed in a couple of days. I left one final order of movies that had belonged to my parents and again, received my order in a couple of days. Their work was exemplary - exactly what was promised and quickly. I felt so much better leaving my memories with a local company rather than mailing them off to who knows where. I was pleased with the pricing and the options available. Highly recommend!

GoogleI am extremely happy with the job that Action Video did in digitizing a collection of old snapshots and a few Polaroids for my family history project. Most of the original photos, from the 1950s on, were faded, dark and blurry. The new digital versions are sharper and vivid. I didn’t know if the photos could be saved, so this exceeded my expectations. The cost was reasonable and I was happy to find that the minimum order was lower than several other places I checked.
GoogleProfessional, xperienced, trustworthy, family owned & operated: they converted our old audio onto digital so can preserve our memories forever! I’ll dig out the videos for next time.
GoogleFirst and foremost the quality of the work and customer service is second to none!! I have taken them numerous old home videos as well as old school family photos(when Kodak film was a thing)so I can secure my priceless family memories! Very reasonable pricing. Love the mom and pop feel to the store and service. Highly recommend!
GoogleThey do a fantastic job converting old media to digital. It can get a bit pricey depending on the age of the media and the amount but can you really put a price on preserving old memories?? 👍
Action Video Service converts various old media including photos, slides, audio tapes, video tapes, 8MM films, and other vintage formats into digital files.
Turnaround times vary depending on workload, but many customers report receiving their completed orders within a few days to a few weeks, sometimes earlier than initially estimated.
All digitizing and conversion work is done in-house, allowing customers to keep their original materials local and avoid mailing them off to third parties.
