I am extremely happy with the job that Action Video did in digitizing a collection of old snapshots and a few Polaroids for my family history project.

Most of the original photos, from the 1950s on, were faded, dark and blurry.

The new digital versions are sharper and vivid.

I didn’t know if the photos could be saved, so this exceeded my expectations. The cost was reasonable and I was happy to find that the minimum order was lower than several other places I checked.

First and foremost the quality of the work and customer service is second to none!! I have taken them numerous old home videos as well as old school family photos(when Kodak film was a thing)so I can secure my priceless family memories! Very reasonable pricing. Love the mom and pop feel to the store and service. Highly recommend!

They do a fantastic job converting old media to digital. It can get a bit pricey depending on the age of the media and the amount but can you really put a price on preserving old memories?? 👍

Action Video has been my go-to business for video transfers, slide transfers and scanning old photos for years.
The staff is always patient, considerate and professional. The last thing I dropped off I needed turned around quickly. They said two days, but they called me before the day was over to tell me the job was done.

My experience with Action Video Service was fantastic. My dad died several years ago and my mom this past year and in cleaning out their home, we found multiple reels of old home movies and no way to view them. My brother found Action Video Service through an internet search and after reading the reviews, we decided to give them a try. I really didn't know what I wanted and on my first visit there, the employee that waited on me was very patient in explaining all of my options and the costs associated. I left a box of old movies and was told the wait would be 3-4 weeks due to a backlog of customers. I was pleased when I was contacted earlier than the time expected and on returning to pick up my order, I left additional personal VHS tapes to be converted to digital files. That order was completed in a couple of days. I left one final order of movies that had belonged to my parents and again, received my order in a couple of days. Their work was exemplary - exactly what was promised and quickly. I felt so much better leaving my memories with a local company rather than mailing them off to who knows where. I was pleased with the pricing and the options available. Highly recommend!
