I filled out the online form thinking I wouldn’t hear anything but I received a call within the hour. Frank looked up the person immediately and took my payment info. He explained what things meant and the processes. He texted me when bail was paid and called when they were released. It was about 4 hrs from start to finish. We went by the office and signed papers after. We check in once a week and he keeps us updated with dates. I cannot express how thankful I am for his concern, grace & speediness and to be someone who cared when everyone else judged. Frank was a lifesaver , treated my mother and myself with the utmost professionalism , highly recommended , if I could I would give 10 stars , I'm 56 years old and have never been arrested , this whole experience was shocking and gut wrenching but Frank answered my mothers call at 4am on new years morning and literally saved my life , I needed to get home to to heart medication that the police refused to allow me to take , without Frank I would have most likely went into extreme A - fib of the heart , what a total and complete gentleman , May God bless Frank for his amazing and expeditious work, he even picked me up from 49th , again thank you sir

I was in search of a bail bondsman to help me get my loved one out of jail. I called around, the first guy named Bob was very brass, rude & unprofessional. I don’t know if professionalism is part of a bail bondsman job description but it sure would’ve helped. So I just said NEVER MIND or maybe something a little less professional. The next place I called had more questions than I had answers for. They also wanted a lot more collateral than I had available. Then I called Action Plus Bail Bonds. I spoke with a very kind man named Jered. I’m not experienced at bailing people out of jail so he talked me through the process step by step listened to my story. Then started the paperwork. Oh how I wish I had called him first.
I highly recommend ACTION PLUS BAIL BONDS if you ever need to bail someone out they are the best. They treat you with kindness and are so helpful & understanding!
