They were very prompt in picking up my car. Arrangements were made the same day that I first called them. The tow truck driver was friendly and very efficient. But most of all, they gave me a good price for a 15 year old car that needed $5000 of repairs just to be able to drive it.

Sold my old car to them. Great communication and timely. When Pito came to pick up the old car, he was very pleasant and easy to work with. Very professional and efficient. He had to remove the car from the driveway, turn it around on a busy street, and pick it up from the front to drive it away. He didn't complain at all and worked very quickly in 10 degree weather. Highly recommended!
