Colleen was very helpful and professional. She processed my request immediately, so customer service was excellent however I can’t comment on the product as I have not received it yet. Previously the product had no issues or problems, currently waiting on delivery of my most recent order.

The staff at Absolute Medical is fabulous to work with. Patient, respectful, clearly explaining things, available for questions and guidance. I couldnt be more pleased with my experience. I could not bend my leg appropriately to use the metal helper but the strip of sticky material works so easily to scrunch the toes to walk through the sock. Im so glad I started with open toe as I dont feel claustrophobic at all. The night garment did not work for me in bed, but I use it in the evening before bed and the legs feel great when I crawl in bed for the night. Im grateful to work with Absolute Medical and highly recommend their products and their service.

Products are comfortable, have kept arm swelling down. So far no issues with service when reordering. Only complaint I have is gloves do not come clean when washed and I do not like that look when watering them.
