Absolute has great customer service and follow up. Compression stockings were ordered and they followed up with Dr on details needed for insurance. Rebekah came to fit them & demonstrate use. She was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. She was very conscientious about her job and making sure all my questions were answered. I have lymphedema and am currently going to a certified lymphedema specialist who measured me for compression stockings. She recommended Absolute Medical. I have ordered compression stockings from Absolute Medical twice. When my insurance company said they would not cover my second pair ( although they covered my first) Colleen, at Absolute , gave me some questions to ask my insurance company regarding Medicare coverage. With Colleen’s guidance on the right questions to ask, I was able to order my stockings and insurance paid for them. I definitely recommend Absolute for not only the quality of their products but also great customer service.

Wonderful service and wonderful products. I now have custom measured compression garments for my lower leg for lymphedema and they are easy to put on and easy to take off and very effective. Wonderful experience getting compression stockings. Absolute Medical Inc. took my insurance, my MD's note, and personal information. Once my insurance approved the compression stockings, Absolute Medical Inc. called me to let me know I was approved, and we scheduled an appointment for measurements. Paige F. did a wonderful job measuring, was very professional, courteous and warm. It took about 5 weeks for the stockings to be made and delivered. Once they arrived, I was called again letting me know they have arrived and we scheduled an appointment for the custom fitting. Elsa R. was very knowledgeable about the compression stockings. She gave me tips in the maintainance, what to expect with normal everyday use (wear and tear), checked with my insurance to inquire about any additional coverage, suggested night time compression stockings (which I did not know existed) and was very down to earth and relatable. Elsa R. reminded me if I had any issues, I had 30 days to communicate, (but I would know within a week by wearing them). The location is a bit hidden, but they do have a parking lot that has 3 spots for Absolute Medical Inc. for clients. You will have to scroll on the voice box to dial up for entry. Overall, welcoming and warm experience from the staff. Great communication every step of the way. My legs and I thank you! - Alonso S.
