They were recommended by a friend and I’m absolutely thrilled with the service I received on both occasions, drop off to JFK and pick up a few days later. The cars were clean, the drivers arrived ahead of time, very respectful and professional, the rates are reasonable. They’re quick to respond and answer questions when you reach out. Will never order an Uber again. Highly recommend them!

I have used Jay and Absolute limousine service three times so far. Each time was an amazing experience, the drivers were absolutely courteous, professional, and extremely helpful with luggage and wonderful to engage in conversation. The vehicles are new, very comfortable and always clean and smell fresh. Their airport pick ups are Seamless and always either early or right on time. Absolute is my new go to car service. 👍👍👍

Even with a bunch of delays by the airline/airport, Fernando was patiently waiting for us and arrived within 5 minutes of us walking out the door at JFK on a Sunday night at almost midnight. That it the type of customer dedication that goes very far. They also picked up my daughter at 3 am to go to the airport while we were away on vacation, they were prompt, thoughtful and courteous! I highly recommend this company for all your airport needs!

We didn’t actually get to use the service, as we had originally booked a car for airport pickup with transport to the Hamptons—but our LaGuardia flight was delayed multiple times into the evening, then rebooked for early the next morning (which was ultimately cancelled). Despite all the last-minute changes, Absolute Long Island Car Service was incredibly responsive and flexible throughout the entire ordeal. They stayed in constant communication and even managed to arrange drivers for us during the early morning hours on the 4th of July. I would absolutely hire them in the future.

I have used Absolute many times and have had excellent service each time. They are always punctual and very professional. The cars are clean and roomy. Damian was our driver yesterday and he was very patient when we could not deplane for almost an hour. He was very courteous and our trip home was very comfortable.
