Krystal has been one of the main people who has taken care of my cats while I have gone away. She is thorough and very informative with her updates. I always know my cats are in great hands when she is caring for them. She also was one of the people who helped my sick cat several months ago while I was out of state. She was compassionate and flexible in ensuring my sick cat got the medication she needed. Krystal even stayed over her scheduled time to stay with my sick cat to make sure she was ok while we were figuring out how to get her to an urgent care vet. I am forever grateful for her care.

We continued to be impressed with ABPS. Krystal takes such good care of our pup and has even taught him new tricks!

All the staff at ABPS are polite and professional and do an excellent job at coordinating our dog walks. We’ve relied on them for many years now. Krystal is AMAZING! So caring of our pups. She goes above and beyond to ensure they are happy and healthy.

We have been customers of ABPS since 2017. Over the years, they have provided excellent care for our dogs. Our current caregiver is Krystal. She is totally awesome.

Krystal has been caring for our dogs since late 2018. She has been looking after our dog Riley for nearly 5 years.

Krystal has been great with Riley. Riley has had a few health problems come up in the past year. Among these problems was a cyst that burst. When this happened, Krystal called us right away. We came home from work immediately. By the time we had arrived (about 30 minutes after Krystal’s call), Krystal had reached out to ABPS and arranged for a vet tech to come to our house. The tech cleaned and bandaged the wound. We were able to get Riley to an emergency veterinarian right away.

Krystal is great at calling or sending an email when she has concerns about Riley’s health and well-being. If anything comes up that seems unusual, Krystal reaches out right away. Krystal knows Riley so well that she can sense when something seems wrong. With Krystal’s care and judgement, we know that Riley is safe and in good hands.

Krystal also does so many other helpful things. She will bring in the trash and recycling bins; bring in Amazon packages and other deliveries. She will also take some wonderful photos of Riley to share with us.

In sum, Krystal is an exemplary caregiver. We feel very lucky that she is the person who looks after Riley each day while we are away.

In closing, we want to thank the team at ABPS. The entire team is always responsive to our requests and questions.

We are extremely grateful for Above and Beyond Pet Services and in particular, our regular walker Krystal. She is a wonderfully caring person and our pup is always thrilled to see her.
