Above and Beyond literally goes ABOVE AND BEYOND for their customers. They were quick to respond, professional, and left my home looking like nothing ever happened. I would highly recommend for any restoration needs.

Above and Beyond - their name suits them. I cant say it enough. From the office staff, to the field techs, all the way up to the owner. I have used them and referred them many times over the past five years and have never once gotten any negative feedback. They are responsive and professional and find a way to complete any job I send their way. Highly recommend!!

They are OK. They did not correctly communicate verbally what was and was not being taken care of, and did not communicate if people were actually coming to inspect as it was stated in the email they were (no one did and I stayed home for three days in case). If you use them make sure you ASK and get documentation of what EXACTLY will and won’t be done. Communication is key to running a successful business. In my experience, the drying and demolition were one cost. Putting my house back together/fixing drywall was a second estimate and cost, which was not made clear to me verbally by any person I spoke to. When I asked if they would repair what might have to be demolished, I was told yes by two people, but I was never told it would be a separate project by either. I must be getting old, because I have never experienced any service entity doing half the job and tell me it was the whole job. Eventually got it corrected and the drywall fixed, but to live up to the phrase Above and Beyond they’re going to have to be much better.
