Ability Mortgage Group really came through when we were close to giving up. Working with Peter, Craig and Jim was very easy, laid back and efficient. They all were very responsive and informative. If one wasn’t available for a call, they made sure someone else gave us a call back within a reasonable amount of time. My husband and I are VERY satisfied with the work that Ability Mortgage put in during our hunt for a house, and when. we finally found one. We couldn’t have been paired with a better company. And these were the guys who won the war for us after we tried at least 3 other lenders.

Outstanding professionalism and expertise in the field of home mortgages. They did a tremendous job converting my FHA to a VA loan.
Prior to that they did outstanding work on refinancing previously held FHA loans before I was able to re utilize my VA benefits on my primary residence.

The Ability Team made our refinancing process very easy! Everything was executed electronically, the final numbers were as expected and they came to us for the final required signatures. This was our 2nd experience with Ability Mortgage and they did an excellent job again as expected!

Peter and his team are the best. If you're not sure that you qualify for a home loan, give them a call. They are fast and responsive and helped us with our first home. We recently refinanced and again called Ability Mortgage Group. They were able to offer a much lower rate than our original lender. Give them a call.

This is the second time that I have them as my mortgage broker and each time I witnessed that they did their best to provide me with the best available mortgage rate that was on the market. I highly recommend them to you if you are looking for a broker who cares about you and eventually will give you a good deal.

Ability made the entire process so easy. I have worked with Craig four times, when he was at a previous company, and I followed him here. I also worked with Jim. They were both very professional and personable. I would recommend them for the least hassle you can have for a home purchase or refinance!

Peter and his team from Ability Mortgage Group are the best. Friendly, professional, and maybe more importantly quick! They take the time to do things properly and explain every step of the process. They also stay in contact and are easily reachable when you need them. I have used them over and over again for the last 4 years and have nothing but good things to say. Highly recommend!
