We had A.B.Edward come out for a repair to our 3rd floor rooftop to stop the water leak in our master bedroom(issue for about a year). I am very pleased! The guys were great. In about 2 hours they identified the issue and fixed it! They even found other small holes around the roof and made repairs before they became an issue. Very fair pricing. I highly recommend.

Let me start by saying I am a repeat customer of A.B. Edwards. They have done 2 roofs for me. I have had the worst luck with contractors over the years. A.B. Edwards is probably the only contractor I trust!. I had the world’s worst siding on my house. I called Bo and asked what he thought I can do to fix it up. My previous contractor had done such a poor job he said I need to replace it. He referred me to Chris Ryba. For the record Chris is a very patient person. I am a real pain to deal with. I have been told I am a little neurotic. He answered all questions and all my calls. I really appreciate that. Since everyone is concerned with price, let me say they gave me what I thought was a very fair price. What they did do was a damn good job. The attention to detail kind of floored me. Everything that can be flashed was flashed. There are almost no seams length wise on the siding. They used up a lot of product to make sure my house has a smooth and finished look. Everything is sealed up tight. They corrected some poor carpentry, and even fixed an exterior wall. They also did soffit and gutters. My house was built in 1949. They literally took off 74 years of soffit and reframed everything. Chris (don’t know last name) was the main carpenter. Everything he did very impressive. He did not skip a step. I have a not so great patio set up, and they took extra steps to make sure my house would never see water. The put in extra flashing along the cement to make sure no water can get to the house. Peace of mind! They also did a lime stone cap over some fake stone I have on my house. Made it look very finished. Finally they fixed a cracked chimney cap for me. My house looks great!
If I need any further exterior work, I will be calling them.

I have used A.B. Edward Enterprises for several house projects (replacement windows, roofing) over the last 15 years, so it was natural for me to go to them for re-siding my house. Chris described the process thoroughly and helped me on design problems. The installation was done very carefully, with complete clean-up every day. Every aspect of the work was performed meticulously. My house now looks better than when it was built, and I know that I will find it more snug in the upcoming winter. A. B. Edward will be my first choice for my next house project.
