Our experience yesterday (Sunday July 9th 2023) was second to none! Melissa, our driver, was punctual, courteous and extremely pleasant! And Gary, the owner, is very personable and efficient. Our limousine was spectacular in every way which made our event even better. Well done AAA Limousine, great job.

Yet again AAA Limousine delivered a consistently fantastic service! This is the third time we have used this limo company and they, as always, provided an exceptionally outstanding service each time! Melissa, our driver throughout, was amazing, she always contacted us one hour prior to the pickup time, to confirm everything was on schedule and what time she would be arriving. She was attentive, punctual, courteous and extremely professional. The booking process could not be easier, Gary, the owner, is great to work with and responds to messages or phone calls promptly.

All-in-all a highly recommended limo service that we will continue to use, please don't take my word for it, TRY IT, you won’t be disappointed!

I was notified ahead of time by my dtiver Melissa that she was going to pick me up and she was there exactly on time. Took me into terminal and got me checked in exactly as I had requested. She was kind, efficient and thorough. Perfect in other words. Great service I will use again.

Look my daughter had a blast on her sweet sixteen birthday. They played their own music all the way to the party venue. The limo was very clean and comfortable. The limo driver was so courteous. It's a 10/10 for me. The price was right too. Thank you thank you do much! I will definitely use you guys soon again !

Thoughtful and smooth driver! We had a blast and he made sure we had everything that we needed. From being our behind the scenes photographer, to making sure our Bluetooth worked and our a/c was running well. We enjoyed our ride and are so thankful!

Amazing service!!
After I made my reservation I needed to change my pick up time. They responded immediately and changed it with no issues.
The driver texted me to introduce herself and confirm my address and pick up time the night before my trip. Car arrived on time for both my drop off to the airport and pick up from the airport.
Cars were clean and I was offered water and snacks.
Wonderful company and people.
Prices are very reasonable as well.
This will be the only car company I use for my future needs.

I have used this company for several years & they Always on time, very nice, professional & pleasant drivers. Feel very secure with Gary & his team. Maybe a little more expensive than some other companies but, again, I feel very safe & comfortable with AAA Limo service and that makes a difference to me personally. I give them a 5star rating!

Working with AAA Limousine was fantastic. My daughter and I needed p/u & d/o from DFW Airport to our accommodations in Allen. We rented a Suburban for this transportation.
From start to finish all interactions were perfect. Ease of communication with any questions I had (via phone, text or email), prices are more than fair, vehicle was squeaky clean, driver Melissa was there right when we got out of the terminal, texted me so I knew who she was, what she was driving and location. She even had chocolates and water for us to snack on. Melissa is a great person, so kind- so much that we requested her for our departure travel as well.

I really can't recommend this company enough. I will definitely use them again when in the area.

I use AAA limo every time I fly into DFW, great rates and perfect service every time! Their driver texts ahead of time to confirm and are always a few minutes early. I wouldn’t think of using anyone else.

One of the only companies in the area that would work with my request of a smaller group and shorter time frame/distance traveled for my daughters 10th birthday party. Melissa was our driver and she was super friendly and made the birthday girl feel special. Highly recommend!

I recently used AAA for rides to and from DFW. I was thoroughly impressed with the company! The booking process through the website was easy. The suburban was brand new and spotless. Our driver for both trips (Vic) was on-time and incredibly friendly/helpful. I plan to use them again for future trips. It made traveling with children much less stressful.
