I learned about A Cut Above Meats on FB. After reading through the reviews I decided to give it a shot. The salesman was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He answered all the questions the way I was hoping. However, after I made a large purchase I looked up their website and found no mention of the meat being grass fed even though that’s what I was told. We have only tried a few cuts and they were pretty tasty.

Bought 2lbs. of king crab, and the 20 Ribeyes special. The king crab was pretty good...nice sweet flavor. The Ribeyes, not surprisingly, were small...3 ounces each. Flavor was okay, but a bit more chewy than I expected for Ribeyes.
