I was having the day from hell. Emily was the nicest and the most patient and super helpful. I woke a stressful job that keeps me on the phone and the computer. The last thing I needed was to spend my whole day shopping for auto insurance. Emily reminded me to breath and that they'd take care of everything for me. And they did and my rate is much more affordable. She and her manager made sure to educate me on something I was unaware of and that really helped. Thank you guys!
