Raymond is the BEST! I hired him under the pretence of just switching out my smart lock and what started as one task devolved into him fixing everything that has to do with my home security. He ran multiple errands to home depot and didn’t try to rush the process and made sure that I was able to practice all the smart systems before moving on to anything else. The man knows his craft! 10/10 recommend.

Quick scheduling and on time efficient service. Done via American Home Sheild home warranty, So don’t know about pricing comparisons but service was good and am happy.

The serviceman, Raymond, arrived on time and went right to work after he and discussed the job that needed to get accomplished. He never used the phrase “I cannot do that “, but said after I posed a request, “Sure I can do that.” I would call 911 Locksmith the next time I needed service at my home or at one of my rentals.

My locksmith was professional and personable. He not only got his own work done in an incredibly timely manner (with young children and animals in the house I should add), but he also went out of his way to show me how the Kwik Set smart lock system worked. He also communicated the cost up-front. If I need locksmithing services, I will be asking for him by name if possible in the future. Thank you for your business, and thank you for your work, Duane.

Raymond was excellent! I missed the first call of him being in our area and he was able to swing by after finishing up a job. He was so kind, even went out of his way to take care of removing a wolf spider from my outside entrance which I greatly appreciated! He was so quick with the rekeying and adjusting our doorknobs that were falling off!
