We had a great Disney trip with 42nd Street Tours. My dancers had a fabulous time, and I did absolutely none of the work!

I think that the overall trip was well done and managed. The only items of improvement for me would be to have a live person to speak with during the process. Good Service is hard to achieve when you have to submit all questions, changes, inquiries through email and have to wait days/week for a response or confirmation. The cost of these trips are an investment for the families and getting good service is key. The 2nd item is that I would request to include is transportation for the families to the events being showcased. It was difficult to travel to some locations and you didn't know where you were going when you used the resort buses which made timing and coordination difficult to maneuver. This is something that triggers my anxiety and could've been avoided with either included transportation or maps/directions to events/locations being provided ahead of time.

42nd Street Tours is a fabulous tour company they make it extremely easy to take a performance group away. Jason was great to work with and very accommodating with making some of the switches that were needed. We will definitely go use them again.

We loved the hotel and the quickness of response by Disney representatives. We didn't like how 2 days were wasted trying to the dance troupe to and from the site to dance due to weather.

My only complaint would be I wish the food choices were better. Didn't care much for the restaurants or the way our food was already chosen for us.

We spent 5 days in New York and had a blast! Our tour guide Ken was very knowledgeable and personable. He always had us laughing. When we go back to New York, we would hope to use 42nd Street Tours & Travel again and we would love to have Ken as our tour guide. We highly recommend them ♥️🍎🗽
