Every order has been received in perfect condition with brand new tires, not old new tires (by looking at the date code). I haven't had any issues and the prices are incredibly reasonable compared to all other outlets. I've ordered 2 complete sets (some as individual tires, and the other as 2 pairs to make a complete set). The selection is great, customer service is great, the whole experience is beyond great.
