J'ai dû retourner les pneus que j'avais acheter et on m'a remboursé sans problème mais ça a pris plusieurs jours. Toutefois lorsque j'ai ramené les pneus on m'a dit qu'on me rembourserais mais sans me remettre aucun papier pour attester que j'avais bien retourné les pneus. Je devais me fier à la parole de la personne à la reception. Le code des pneus prêtais à confusion car il y avait la mention : LTX qui habituellement indique que que c'est un pneu pour "light trucks" (camionettes ou fourgonettes) , c'est-à-dire, des pneus 10 plis. Ce qui n'était pas le cas pour ces pneus. Le courriel me demandant de participer à ce sondage était en anglais seulement. Étant donné que j'ai acheté les pneus sur la version française du site vous pourriez communiquer avec nous dans la langue de notre choix. Malgré tout je recommande quand même ce marchand car les prix sont compétitifs.
