GoogleWe were unaware that the tire studs were hidden somewhat inside new winter tires to allow the tires to be installed and worn down to get to the studs, usually taking 2 months or so. When we inquired a customer representative quickly responded with that information. That was the only issue we had and it was dealt with very quickly and politely. Definitely using them again.
