Jai été agréablement surpris de la livraison , de lemballage et du choix pour mon véhicule. Par contre lhiver dernier , javais acheté en Floride des TPMS et jai offert daller les porter pour installation sur les jantes auquel cas jaurais pu attendre et votre entreprise aurait ainsi sauver des frais de livraison. Ainsi jai dû payer des frais dinstallation et de balancement

Ordered two sets of winter tires, one with wheels and mounted/balanced. Everything came well wrapped and protected. However, one directional tire was mounted backwards. Easy fix. Overall very satisfied.

Jai acheté quatre pneus dhiver il y a environ quatre semaines ; ils ont été livrés une semaine plus tard. Le site web était facile pour sélectionner mon véhicule, mais javais des doutes, alors jai dû envoyer un courriel pour confirmer car il nest pas possible de les contacter par téléphone 👎 mais ils on repondit très vite. Jai installé mes pneus ce week-end et aucun problème. Il a neigé pour la première fois hier et les pneus se sont très bien comportés sur la neige. J’ai recommandé le site web à 3 personnes, prix bon pour mon véhicule.

This is my second order and as usual, the process went smoothly with the quick delivery. Keep doing the great job to satisfy the customers. Just a few points for improvements: 1. Please let the customer know when the delivery/shipping is done. In my case it was a nice surprise to find the new delivered tires when opening the entry door 😃. Nobody wants them to be stolen 2. The shipping price increases the original costs of the purchased tires. In my case it was an increase of 100$ in total (including the taxes and extra fees) from the original price.
