Harish is very responsive as well as extremely knowledgeable and thorough. We used these services for 2 properties as our home buying adventure exactly that an adventure. Harish not only noted things to be concerned with immediately but also ensured I understand things that will be needed in the future not just for home but safety for our baby that is arriving soon. When we couldn't make it to the inspection due to road closures due to hurricane damage, Harish was helpful in making the "virtual inspection" a thing as my mother held a phone with me on FaceTime. I would recommended 1st Inspection Services to any homebuyer!

As a first time home buyer, I had no idea what to expect when it came to an inspection, but the entire process was seamless. He was professional, thorough, and very flexible with my original change of appointment. He made sure to explain everything as he went through, so we could take a mental note of any thing we should look out for. I left our inspection appointment relieved that he looked into things I may have never knew would be potentially harmful- and he even explained on what we should keep an eye on in the future to prevent issues. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for an inspector in the area!

FacebookThe young man showed up on time n was very knowledgeable…..he was young n I was surprised how much he knew….. he listened to our concerns n said he would address them….. he understood when we explained what we didn’t like n seemed very concerned with what we were talking about…he said he would address the issues with the sellers….. Unfortunately right after the inspection the house was in the area of the massive flood From Henri….and we cancelled the contract….. But I will definitely use this company again…..and Recommend them to anyone who needs an Inspection. Thank you….

Not only that but he gave good suggestions to fix all the minor issues. We walked away with a lot more knowledge in home ownership but also greater peace of mind. The price is fair and the running rate everywhere we've looked so there was no problem with that. The report ended up being thorough and detailed with pictures. Highly recommend!
