They were able to inspect the property within 2 days of me requesting the inspection. The inspection was one of the most thorough I have ever seen: roof, plumbing, termite, electrical, etc. The inspector called me from the site and reviewed everything with me/answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. I can’t say enough good things! I’m an insurance claims adjuster, and I review inspection reports regularly. This report was very thorough, clear and easy to read, and even included a full roof inspection.
