Dave is a all around great guy down from the customer service to his work that he does. I had multiple rein-spections done and Dave was there for everyone as needed no questions asked. Home was inspected by Bhavesh. He had a lot of information to share about what he was doing, what a good home inspection entailed and offered some tips about keeping our home safe from termites, managing wear & tear in roofing, and dozens of tips that will definitely save us thousands in the future. The inspection report was very detailed and comprehensive and as a first time home buyer this has made me very knowledgeable and confident about what an ideal & safe home should be. This inspection was definitely worth the dollar and I highly recommend 1st Inspection services to anyone out there.

Our inspector was great. He arrived early and got started right away. He checked everything from top to bottom. He even found several things I had missed or hadn't even thought about. He provided a very detailed report with photos and all. Our inspector even took the time to walk me through the things he had found as well as showing me where various shut offs were. The price was reasonable and well worth the time he spent on the inspection. I would definitely recommend this company and it's inspectors to anyone who is in the market for a good home inspection.

Was able to fit us in quickly on a tight inspection window. I was unable to stay for the whole inspection, but while I was there Joe offered to let me join him and gave very detailed information on why defects he identified were problematic and suggested next steps. Report was thorough and included sufficient photos for preliminary repair quotes from other professional services. Very good and will use again if I buy in this region.

Harish was through, detailed and reasonable. He also explained how certain problems that he had identified, could be remedied, He was very responsive - even responded to my email at 10 at night. The best quality is that he is honest. He deducted from the bill the cost of services that he did not have to perform. I wouldn't have known if he hadn't told me. Finally, his charges are reasonable.

Richard is amazing! I could not attend the inspection do to a work conflict. Richard was kind enough to let my 21 year old son attend the inspection on my behalf and educate him on the inspection process. This was key since my son is helping me manage this investment property. My son was very pleased with his interaction with Richard. He also was professional when the seller requested information on the inspection. He kindly declined to comment. Richard also answered my numerous text messages in regards to the inspection report past working hours.
I am walking away feeling confident in my knowledge of the property because of Richard.

I highly recommend Richard and will use him on future properties.
