Quick response, extremely knowledgeable plumber (Doug) that communicated very effectively and guided us through each step of the process. Work was done thoroughly and at a reasonable price. They operate off of quoting software so you know the plumber isn't guessing and trying to upsell you. In addition to the work we needed, Doug found an issue with a valve that was a quick and inexpensive addition to the work. The end cost came in lower than estimated and the job site was clean. Everything turned out great!

I called 1-Tom-Plumber on a Friday when our in-sink disposal unit gave out, and Peter got someone out to us within the hour. He had a clear, fair quote to us quickly — no runaround, no vague “we’ll get back to you.” Estimate was sent and approved and my follow up appointment was set.

Joshua came back Monday and was outstanding - on time, thorough, and genuinely diligent about doing the job right. We now have a brand new disposal unit!

Had a big leak in the yard with City cutting off water Saturday nite, called Sunday morning & was able to get a plumber out on Sunday. What a blessing! Joshua located the broken pipe, dug it up & repaired it. Unfortunately the glue did not hold so unfazed he went to Home Depot to get fresh glue & more parts. He repaired the line, waited an hour to make sure it was good, then back filled the large hole.
Very pleased with a great job & the price was fair!!! I will contact them again!
